Monitor daily delivery performance, Ensure that all trucks are in good condition. Ensures personnel are complete. Prepare annual budget. Look potential hauler in order to serve deliveries everyday
Ensure transport operation of the company all over the countries.
Ensure all shipments have assigned trucks.

Meeting with haulers and look for another potential haulers.
Plans and Organizes logistics department goals and objective and delegates authority
Monitors performance of logistics sub-units (Traffic operation, Inventory and warehousing and delivery operation
Conducts meetings with logistics contractors to ensure availability of trucks and other services.
Manages trucking issuance for efficient loading operations.
Monitors trucking performance to ensure on time delivery.
Performs routine and periodic inspections on trucks and facilities at truck marshalling area.
Performs manpower usage to ensure efficient operation.
Performs pre-delivery inspections at site when required.
Monitors daily delivery performance, pending orders and status of outgoing deliveries.
Attends training to maintain flexibility and in accordance with the company multi-tasking program.
Establishes systems and procedures and execute changes or corrective actions.
Continuously look for potential hauling contractors to ensure availability of trucks when market demands exceeds.
Prepares budget for logistics operation.
Conduct warehouse inspection from time to time.
Attends regular plant operation meeting.
Other office regular works.
Conducts regular toolbox meeting to ensure safety rules and procedures are implemented.
Optimizes office equipment and personnel utilization and ensures efficient and timely delivery of finished goods.
Ensure controls and monitoring procedures are being implemented.
Ensures working area is in safe, clean and efficient environment.
Coordinates to loading supervisors and other concerned personnel all activities necessary for loading to avoid delay.
Ensures efficient delivery coordination to eliminate unnecessary wastages and expenses.
Monitors trucking performance and ensures all accredited trucks have complied with our trucking accreditation requirements.
Monitors truck scale calibration maintenance to ensure accurate weighing of incoming and outgoing materials and supplies
Prepares personnel schedule and submit attendance report through e-mail.
Make immediate actions on issues that would affect delivery operations.
Identifies and analyzes problems, recommends and takes corrective actions to minimize or remove their effects.
Attend training concerning warehousing and loading operations to maintain flexibility in accordance with company multi-tasking program.
Adhere to company policies and procedures including safety and housekeeping.
