• Evaluate the Tender Documents, which comprise the Statement of Work (SOW), Preliminary Drawings, and Specifications
• Initiate a Request for Information (RFI) to resolve any inconsistencies or uncertainties between the SOW and Drawings.
• Creating Technical Drawings: Produce accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings, schematics, and plans using software such as AutoCAD, or Revit.
• Modifications and Revisions: Make revisions and updates to drawings as required based on feedback from engineers, architects, or project managers.
• Clash Detection Using Naviswork, Cross-Checking and Quality Control: Verify the accuracy and completeness of drawings, and conduct quality control checks to identify and correct errors or discrepancies
• Work closely with engineers, architects, designers, and other professionals to ensure that drawings align with the design intent and project requirements.
• Prepare drawings for printing or plotting, ensuring that they are correctly scaled and formatted for presentation or construction purposes.
• Oversee the submission of drawings and materials to ensure compliance with the SOW and Preliminary Drawings.
• Establish and enforce standards, guidelines, and best practices for CAD/Revit.
• Provide training and assistance to team members to enable them to use Autocad and Revit software effectively.

- Makes Bar Bending Schedule for Bridges & other structures (Pump Stations, Manholes & others).
