• Lead the development and build-out of the Hard Services FM
Target Operating Model (TOM), defining governance,
organizational structure, service delivery model, and end-to
end operational
• Conduct detailed gap analysis of FM states, identifying gaps
across technical standards, asset data, systems, compliance,
and performance, and develop structured transformation
roadmaps.
• Manage and coordinate with external consultants and
stakeholders, ensuring alignment of technical standards,
operating model design, and FM requirements throughout
development phase.
• Development of a training matrix and competency
framework, ensuring workforce capability, compliance, and
alignment with operational requirements.
• Develop and standardize policies, procedures, and SOPs
aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best

Project: Makkah Clock
• Coordinated and led the project transfer and handover from the Ministry of Finance to the Royal
Commission, including due diligence, asset verification, and full asset and documentation handover,
ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless operational transition.

Project: Makkah Clock
• Led site operations and maintenance while overseeing remaining construction works, and reviewed
contractor payment requests through KPI evaluation, verifying quantities, completed works, and
compliance with contractual, safety, and performance standards.

• Led end-to-end development of packaging and labeling solutions, providing technical oversight on
artwork and print production while managing procurement and vendor partnerships to ensure quality,
consistency, and timely delivery in line with standards and specifications.

Project: King Abdullah Center for
• Managed the installation and commissioning of electromechanical multimedia exhibits, led the electrical
handover process with full compliance and documentation verification, and supervised O&M support to
ensure system readiness, reliability, and uninterrupted performance during VIP operations.

Project: Makkah Clock
• Supervised on-site installation of equipment and infrastructure, coordinating crews and subcontractors
while ensuring site readiness, material availability, safety compliance, and timely execution in line with
specifications and schedules.

• Directed a technical services company specializing in LV systems, overseeing end-to-end operations
including installation, commissioning, and O&M, while managing projects, teams, procurement, and client
relations to ensure compliant, cost-effective, and reliable system delivery and performance.
