Flight dispatching, load control, baggage handling/lost and found, supervision of operation, raising handling forms, making company payments, requesting for landing and overflight clearance, handling all adhoc flights, arranging for both crew and passenger transport to and from the hotel/hotel accommodation, baggage tracing., ULD stock taking for all airlines/ULD control at the station, giving flight information to relevant authorities including flight delays.Dispatching aircrafts
-Providing effective flight service and flight dispatch plans by following regulations.
-Providing guidelines and monitoring the ground service staff in handling flight activities
-Check and verify day to day activities to ensure that the services are in compliance with the standard policies and directives
-Supervission of all areas to ensure quick turn round coordination
-Making company payments including both navigational and landing
-Handling all charter flights
-Handling customer querries
-Filling of aircraft handling forms
-Maintaining proper records of flights, arrivals and departure as well as flight cancellation details
-Updating concerned personel about flight information or in case of any change of operation.
-Document Verification from customer care staffs.
-Flight following. ETC
-Dispatching aircrafts
-Providing effective flight service and dispatch plans by following regulations

-Managing flight traffic management activities and supporting aircraft operations and and air crew members
-Supervision of all areas to ensure quick turn round
-Making landing and navigational payments, handling customer queries, maintaining proper flight records
-Crew scheduling, flight following, documentation, application of aircraft permits, mershalling, pilot briefing, flight planning, notams and weather decording, KCAA/KAA liaisons, updating crew and operational records, organizing and conducting trainings, supervision of all concerned areas
-Preparation of TAF’S, and Metars from observatory office
-Weather forecasting
-Assisting in air traffic control services at the control tower
