Managing the plant operation and to oversee the smooth and safe operation from production to dispatch of cement to customers.
Handle and manage people from production, packing plant and dispatch in doing their activities without incident or accident.
Reporting into log the accomplished jobs, status of grinding operation, silo stock and dispatch and the work to be completed turning it over to the next shift supervisor or production engineer.
Provide training to CCR operators, mill tenders and labors in troubleshooting the mill circuit, safety and company policies and regulations that makes them an effective worker.
• Monitor the operation of a particular aspect of cement processing production through
control panels, computer terminals or other control systems usually from a central
control room. Successfully reduce stoppages and provide more production.
• Operate multi function central process control machinery to grind, mix, separate, filter,
treat, refine or otherwise process mineral within the standard quality BS EN15167.
• Observe computer display, log sheet and gauges to verify specified processing
conditions and to make necessary adjustments.
• Acted as a shift supervisor in the absence of supervisor.
• Recording into log the operation status and make production output at the end of shift.
• Oversee the smooth operation of the vertical mill/coal mill to produce the required
quality and quantity output through electrical control switches.
• Effectively provided kiln operation sufficient fuel in producing clinker.
• Communicate to tenders and shift supervisor whenever there is irregularity on mill
system parameters such as amperes, temperatures, C.O. and flow of materials.
• Quick respond in troubleshooting of high C.O. to prevent downtime and
sometimes explosion of vent, hopper and silo.
• Responsible in promoting the company’s products on motor controls and electrical
devices and cables. Successfully reached quota set by company every month.
• Integrated frequency inverter on clients’ machines as a means of motor control and
power savings. Imparted technical assistance in installing and whenever customers
having problem with their units.
• Conducted trainings and seminars on our products presented to end users.
• Provided technical support in integrating variable frequency drives on customers
machines and system modification.
• Replaced customer existing brands of frequency inverters with our products.
• Responsible in reconditioning, replacement and troubleshooting of motors. Minimize
downtime and maximize production output.
