• Production and development of Concept / Schematic Design, Detailed Design, IFC Drawing on CAD & BIM (Revit) model
• Working towards deadlines set by Project Manager, Senior Architect or Architects, Engineers (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Transportation, Water, Marine, Infrastructure, Construction services), Senior Engineers, Project Managers, Project Directors, Urban Planners, Landscape Architects.& Master Planners . Decisions made with a general understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines.
• Responsible for the quality of production. Takes accountability for work performed by all team members under their supervision & may lead the less experienced drafters.
• Produce clear and attractive project drawings with project architects & engineers, production staff and others. Understands the implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.
• Works with project managers design managers, senior architects/architect and project engineers to communicate, problem-solve and update models for coordination and design issues.\Collaborates and communicates with other disciplines regarding coordination issues and common model development tasks & disciplines.
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. Review drawings and documentation of basic to moderate complexity within a discipline and from other disciplines for compliance with project requirements and actively seek discrepancy resolution.
• Ensures accuracy and quality of discipline model information, presentation, and coordination. Develop graphics for proposals to support team communication with clients.
• Digitize or trace sketches or concepts from designers using CAD software, such as AutoCAD /Revit. Works with fellow BIM Technicians to apply BIM setup.
• Comprehends and adheres to project BIM plans and standards.
Responsible on design & planning for Retail shops, F&B units and mall’s new projects, upgrading & redesigning existing precincts and standardization of contractors design submissions.
- Review all detailed drawing package submissions and issue approvals as per the standards of the landlord’s construction guidelines.
- To recognize the current trends in mall shops / unit designs and ensures each concept’s consistency with the properties’ design philosophy, visual graphic presentation, illustration
- Responsible for implementing fit-out standard procedure and HSE standards compliance of all tenants & fit-out contractors.
- Conduct coordination meetings with tenant/tenant contractors.
- Monitoring site works through operational site visits to ensure guidelines and standards are conformed.
- Maintain reports of ongoing tenancy fit-out and renovation works.
- Coordinate procedure of fit-out works as per Local Authorities standards.
- Issue approvals on work permits and other related maintenance works, NCR to tenant / tenant contractors.
- Maintain a comprehensive filing system.
Provides interior design space planning solutions for commercial/ corporate projects using ArchiCAD Software.
- Coordinate drawings with all concerned departments as per approved BOQ and local authority standards prior issuing drawings for submission.
- Attend trainings for innovative updates - ISO Training and British Safety Council Trainings.
- Execute site surveys prior to tender projects and design & build proposals & as-built drawings.
- Conduct coordination meetings with clients, project team and suppliers until project completion.
Ensures that the client's requirements are met, the project is completed on time and within budget and that the team is pro-active performing designated tasks.
Conduct tender meetings for project introduction with clients and landlord administration to acquaint about fit-out deliverables and procedure on approvals and permits.
Provide design concept solutions and design drawing submission packages for approval using AutoCAD.
Carry out ocular inspections and schedule meetings with sub-contractors for bidding.
Conducts and supervise the completion of architectural & engineering drawing submission packages with 3D presentations and sample materials / mood boards.
Organize project schedule for workforce, assuring compliance on QHSE standards, carrying out site works supervision, acting as the Project Manager, monitoring fit-out progress with target timeframe all in accordance to the standards and approved permits.
Ensures quality of site works before project turn-over and acquires completion certificates from landlord office and government authorities.
Responsible on the design development deliverables for company’s residential projects.
Prepares AutoCAD detailed drawings and 3D presentations, handling draftsmen on preparing architectural & engineering drawing packages and propose innovative ideas to facilitate on design and building procedures. Conducts bidding process for contractors and performs site inspection and coordination.
Responsible for the architectural, interior & engineering fit-out project solutions of the company’s line of businesses (GUESS?, Gloria Jean’s Coffee, Gold’s Gym) throughout the Philippines.
Conduct project site inspections and attends coordination meetings acting as an owner’s representative during the design and construction stage.
Prepares complete AutoCAD detailed drawings and 3D interior perspective presentations.
Coordinates throughout bidding process with the possible sub-contractors.
Supervision on quality of materials and workforce until the turn-over.
Under the direct supervision of the principal architect / company owner and partners, liable for the Pre-Design Architectural Services of the company concerning project proposals and contracts, bidding recommendation and change orders in coordination of the managing partners, project managers, architects and engineers.
Prepares and updates project contract list. Maintains and organizes the department’s central files and maintains full familiarity with pertinent documents/contracts/proposals.
Prepares and encodes AutoCAD computer generated working drawings, details and layouts technical works in 2D, 3D and isometric presentations for architectural and engineering works of various projects as per discipline; Architectural, Civil Works, Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary and other related drawings required.
