Job Description:
 Receive and inspect all incoming items and materials for quality and reconcile with purchase order / freight documents; compile damages and discrepancies on orders received.
 Counts, price, and putting alarm tag of goods issued.
 Bin the goods according to type, by color by size.
 Participate in physical inventories by counting stock.
 Maintain the warehouse, record area and store area in a neat and orderly manner.
 Assist the Visual Merchandiser for displaying new collection and organize the shop floor.
 Perform as Sales Assistant as assigned by Store Manager or Supervisor.
• Greet, serve and direct customers by suggesting items, help select product and advise on sales purchases by providing adequate information.
• Handling cash register till performing tasks such as counting money, billing the customer, separating charge slips, vouchers, balancing cash drawers.
• Keep abreast of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment, exchanges, and security practices
• . Assist for preparing all required reports such as work space, sales tracker and etc.

Job Description:

1. Administrative Support
* Support the Sales Force in administrative tasks such as sales performance, cycle plan, merchandising, communications handling and coordination of activities for the group.
* Monitors accuracy of system inventory against actual warehouse stocks.
* Logistics dispatching and route planning/deliveries.

2. Budget Tracking
* Makes billable, liquidation and monitor claims to the Nestle.
* Monitoring and controlling local area budget and display budget (Registers are all up to-date)
- Prepare Promo Brief and consolidate liquidation documents
- ensure that liquidation requirements are submitted to Sales Control and Planning Group
* Requesting budget from CCSD, CDG, or Brand Management for promotional/flush-out activities.

3. Management of Data and Reports
* Prepares reports on KPI in a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
 Maintain Encore (SAP) Server for updates of master data and troubleshooting of the system.
* Generates and maintains reports on promotions & events, distribution and performance.
* Prepare Business Reviews/Plans with the support of the Operations Manager.
* Gathers and prepares reports on execution versus cycle plans.
* Prepares all required trade marketing and merchandising records and reports.
* Collect data on the field for the Competitive reports.
* Monitors KRA performance to be able comply in DCAR/Nestle Incentives to assist the Operations Manager in plotting the demand plan for the period.

4. Marketing/Sales Support
* Coordinates with Nestle-RFOE and implements all agreed merchandising and promotion programs including required POS materials and supplies.
* Monitoring of on-time and excellent implementation of national and local promotions.
- Weekly trade check following set schedule
- Documentation of findings and providing feedback to concerned people
