• Under Contracts & Procurement Department Review and Asses IPR, material submittal and coordinate with Project Management, Engineering and QA/QC, to solve Technical Specifications and Evaluations.
• Conducts Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation to Bid (ITB) & Request for Proposal (RFP) from approved vendors & contractors negotiate & re-negotiate for evaluation of Commercial Bid Analysis (CBA).
• Prepare Cost Comparison, Calculations and Executive Summary to ensure conformity with Terms of Contract for approval from Procurement Manager, Project Controller and Project Director.
• Assist Procurement Manager develop procurement plans to achieve cost & project schedules.
• Procure & Purchase materials and services i.e. Civil, Electrical & Mechanical etc. thru e-procurement in compliance with Company’s policy and procedures.
• Monitor procurement performance and develop processes to improve procurement Department.
• Coordinate with vendor, contractors and logistics personnel for proper distribution of materials.
• Weekly and Monthly meetings regarding progress of IPR, CC, CBA and ERFA.
• Conduct meeting with supplier, vendor and sub-contractor with their contracts.
• Prepare & Issue Purchase Orders, receive & approve deliveries, endorse payments and manage suppliers against their contracts.
• Procurement and Purchasing of materials for the completion of the project as per (BOQ) to ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• In charge in handling over of spare parts to Materials Department for the end users.
• Supervise the installation of electrical, control & instrumentation equipment for GTC-71 project
• Assisting in Testing and Commissioning of MCC, VFD and other electrical equipment.
• Preparation of Testing & Commissioning Sheet, Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
• Sites visits meet with clients and vendors, as required to fulfill the requirements of the contract.
• Familiar in Pump Station Operation, Monitoring Temperature, Vibration etc. from Control Room.
• Assigned to Department of Public Works / Architectural and Engineering Group, U.S. Army Central Command Camp As-Sayliyah Doha, Qatar.
• Design and Draw Plans for Mechanical and Electrical Over-all, One line diagram, Power and Lighting Installation layout, HVAC system, Fire alarm system and P&ID system.
• Architectural : Floor plan, elevation plan, sections and detail plan.
• Structural : Structural detail, roof framing and truss detail.
• Civil : Site development plan, foundation plan, section and detail plan using Auto-CAD and Micro Station as software applications on Computer Aided Design & Drafting.
• Conducts daily safety training / meeting assign by Facilities Manager.
• Responsible for the Implementation of Quality Management System.
• Estimate, Design and Preparation of drawings of power and control circuits of low & medium voltage switchgear, feeder pillar and motor control centre.
• Assist the Production Manager in Client related contract.
• Responsible for the clerical job assigned by Senior Design Engineer.
