• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Monitor stocks availability, product durations and quality.
• Maintain full knowledge of products to give helpful support to accounts and clients.
• Coordinate sales effort other departments such as marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups.
• Identify and make points of advantages and disadvantages for the clients and the company.
• Responsible for collecting assets, monitors daily sales and updating reports
• Greet customers, seat them according to their preferences and presents them with the menu.
• Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any. Also suggest food and beverages to the guest and also try to upsell.
• Take food and beverage orders from the guest on the order taking pads and repeat the order of the customer to double check if there is missing.
• Server food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order. Also observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
• Keep a constant eye on the table to gauge needs and fulfill them immediately. Total customers’ check and take it to them.
• Monitor quality of the products inside the factory.
• Observe any discrepancies during manufacturing of products and make accountable list for proper disposition.
• Coordinate with other employees on the work to be performed.
• Monitor syrup level, bottle cap level, and quality of production bottles.
• Ensure that handover is made for the upcoming shift either by written or verbal discussion.
• Ensure that facility is safe and cleanliness is maintain at all times.
