• Responsible for Training and Application Training for all Masimo Products (Masimo Advanced Technology (Root Platform), Masimo Rainbow Technology)
• Handling esteemed clients ( SEHA Hospitals, CCAD, NMC Group, VPS Group, Danat Alemarat ...etc) providing application training.
• Provide effective product and application assistance and training to physicians and nurses in O.R and Critical Care departments.
• Establish and maintain effective pre and post sales customer support within product portfolio through constructive communication.
• Achieve revenue, sales, profit and qualitative objects and targets.
• Responsible for marketing strategies and implementation of product sales.
• Conducting visits of key customers and deliver effective sales presentations.
• Analyze competitor’s business and reports for various sales.
Maximize sales orders, margin, market share, and customer satisfaction of given modality and business solutions in assigned area.
Develop good long-term customer relationships, and high customer satisfaction whilst utilizing to optimum level resources in the team and Company.

Organize product demonstrations, sites visits and follow up.

Work closely with the Consultants / stakeholders to reach agreement regarding various practices whilst maintaining the set requirements of the project.
Supervise and train clinician’s, technologists and technicians on the proper use of equipment.
Overseeing the development of preventive and precautionary tables to perform maintenance operations on the devices to ensure the continuance of its high level of efficiency.
Supervising the performance of various medical devices and equipment to make sure the medical devices operated and maintained to standards, terms of the agreement contained in the contracts.
Supervise and make sure to provide suppliers and contractors for all the required documents upon receipt of new medical devices and equipment in accordance with the approved procedures.
Determine the highest level of spare parts that should be kept as inventory in order to ensure availability with minimum expenses.
Supervision to keep private records of a comprehensive inventory and maintenance operations carried out.
Writing reports and documentation.
Creating and preforming test procedures.
Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical equipment.
Install STERIS steam sterilizers in different projects.
Performs inspection of assembled equipment, to ensure proper installation and test tasks.
Performs inspection of all operating parts to ensure proper operation within expected tolerances.
Tunes and troubleshoot equipment for proper operation.
Performs routine maintenance on equipment.
Executes preventative maintenance schedules with customer.
Provides service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
