• Perform inspection, maintenance, and calibration activities following work permit
recquirements and safety procedures.
• Identify and resolve site-specific techinical problems using appropriate tools and processes
like, process calibrator, hart communication, and multimeter.
• Calibrate and repair analyzers transmitters, DO & PH, electromagnetic flow meters, level,
pressure, and sensors.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation system, air compressor, turbo blower, actuator and valves, ACV,
AOV & MOV, calibrate pressure gauge and flow level switch.
• Conduct preventive & corrective maintenance of feeders, lose wire connections terminals,
check and repair pumps and motors, data diagnose, IR, WR, & Ohms.
• Perform PM/CM of VFDs, ACBs, VCBs, and MCCBs check data IR, DLRO, OHMS, and
contact resistance.
• Check and repair electrical control systems, PLC & DCS and UPS.

Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual preventive maintenance. Such as (EDG) Emergency Deisel Generators, 13.8KV to 18.8kv Transformer also all industrial panel, induction motors, cables and lighting features, using a heavy equipment tester.

• Maintenance of package unit, AHU, VRF Samsung, Celling type cassette, and split AC.
• Replacement of compressor, motor bearing, rectifying condenser and evaporator leakage.
• Preventive/Corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, motor, auxiliary transformer, step
up transformer, dry type transformer and all panel control systems. Motor lubrication, cable
inspection and RO working, Heat Recovery Steam Generator, GT, ST, UPS, PCC, and
emergency diesel generator.
• Working in independent power plant operation and maintenance.
• Preventive maintenance low voltage motor getting winding resistance, insulation resistance,
check abnormality, retighten screw or bolt, cleaning and fixing unit.
• PM/CM of GSUT and UAT transformer 380KVA down to cable inspection goes to feeder,
Monthly PM, CM of ACB, VCB and MCCB, VRLA Battery, UPS, and A/C Genetor.
• PM/CM air circuit breaker, vacuum circuit breaker checking of mechanical contact and
resistance retightened any lose screw doing this with diligence always PPE should be 13.8KV.
