• Directly managed Cash for Work (CFW) project in designated 20 Union Council of flood affected communities to improve their income and Food security livelihoods of 21, 600 targeted beneficiaries through Cash learning program (CaLP)
• Directly managed 03 Implementing Partners IP's i.e Strengthen Participatory Organization (SPO), Caritas Pakistan and Awaz CDCs Foundation working on Cash for work beneficiaries 21, 600, Cash Grant and Shelter program for 8, 000 beneficiaries through Tameer Micro Finance Bank Ltd.
• Developed business plans of 4000 beneficiaries and provide them Cash Grants for (Agriculture inputs 3000, Small business 2000 and Home based business 2000) to 7000 flood affected EVI (Extremely vulnerable individuals) for the livelihood revitalization.
• Established 20 Satellite schools for enhancing girl's education for IDP's (Internally Displaced People) in conflict affected area of district Buner/ Swabi.
• Designed PTC's (Parent Teacher Council) manual with module/ session planning for 20 PTC capacity building Trainings.
• Registered 20 school management committees (SMC's) of 20 girl's satellite schools with education department and linked up with nearest Government school PTC's for its sustainability.
• Conducted baseline survey of 20 Government Primary Schools in Six Union Councils of district Abbott Abad and designed and conducted baseline surveys in 40 Schools in district Mansehra for the rehabilitation of Education in earth quack affected area.
• Strengthen the role and responsibilities of 20 Parent Teacher Council (PTC's) in Government primary schools.
• Developed school development plans (SDP) in 20 project schools.
• Mobilize 40 targeted communities, for the land donation for schools construction.
• Organized 40 PTCs' and communities trainings for the effectively school management, monitoring, parent sessions, problem solving and conflict re-solution, resource mobilization and improve educational learning environment.
