• Conducted the pedagogy training of 400 teachers for pre-primary K.G, Grade 1 & 2 teachers to strengthen the quality of learning in early primary grades, with a focus on learning outcomes (Literacy Boost and Numeracy Boost) LB/NB and child-centered approaches to teaching and learning in 100 Government primary schools (50 Boys and 50 Girls)
• Organized Initial training in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), Child Health Focus Education (CFHE) and hands on learning and teaching provided to male and female pre-primary, Grade 1 and 2 teachers and officials (target is 400 teachers and 10 officials)
• Provided awareness sessions to 200 teachers on children health and hygiene and School Health Nutrition (SHN) program.
• Conducted training of 200 teachers' of K.G, Grade 1, & 2 on five core competencies of Literacy Boost (LB) program in 08 sessions (letter knowledge, phonemic awareness, reading fluency, vocabulary and reading comprehension)
• Developed 30 Community based ECCE home centers and established 100 ECCE Classrooms in Government primary schools (Girls/Boys)
• Supervised 30 community learning workers (CLW's) and 20 Community educators (CE's) in community outreach component.
• Ensure the implementation of Livelihood activities cash/food voucher designing & transfer, WASH focused infrastructure work through Cash for Work, establishment of Kitchen gardening

Program/Project Reporting: • Represented CARE to relevant implementing partners, government agencies, UN agencies, NGOs and inter-agency forums in 03 districts of south Punjab to support "Food Security & Livelihood" (FSL) activities.
• Directly managed Cash for Work (CFW) project in designated 20 Union Council of flood affected communities to improve their income and Food security livelihoods of 21, 600 targeted beneficiaries through Cash learning program (CaLP)
• Directly managed 03 Implementing Partners IP's i.e Strengthen Participatory Organization (SPO), Caritas Pakistan and Awaz CDCs Foundation working on Cash for work beneficiaries 21, 600, Cash Grant and Shelter program for 8, 000 beneficiaries through Tameer Micro Finance Bank Ltd.
• Developed business plans of 4000 beneficiaries and provide them Cash Grants for (Agriculture inputs 3000, Small business 2000 and Home based business 2000) to 7000 flood affected EVI (Extremely vulnerable individuals) for the livelihood revitalization.
• Established 20 Satellite schools for enhancing girl's education for IDP's (Internally Displaced People) in conflict affected area of district Buner/ Swabi.
• Designed PTC's (Parent Teacher Council) manual with module/ session planning for 20 PTC capacity building Trainings.
• Registered 20 school management committees (SMC's) of 20 girl's satellite schools with education department and linked up with nearest Government school PTC's for its sustainability.
• Conducted baseline survey of 20 Government Primary Schools in Six Union Councils of district Abbott Abad and designed and conducted baseline surveys in 40 Schools in district Mansehra for the rehabilitation of Education in earth quack affected area.
• Strengthen the role and responsibilities of 20 Parent Teacher Council (PTC's) in Government primary schools.
• Developed school development plans (SDP) in 20 project schools.
• Mobilize 40 targeted communities, for the land donation for schools construction.
• Organized 40 PTCs' and communities trainings for the effectively school management, monitoring, parent sessions, problem solving and conflict re-solution, resource mobilization and improve educational learning environment.
• Designed and implemented psycho-social training for 120 teachers of the earth quake affected area.
• Conducted Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of 40 Government Boys/ Girls Schools and Semi -Permanent Construction of Government Primary School for Boys and Girls in Earthquake affected areas of district Batagram and Mansehra KPK.
