• Managed a fleet of 130 delivery unit heads/trucks/trailers/pick-ups/cranes/road tankers of the company’s plants
• Responsible in monitoring vehicle preventive maintenance of Fleet.
• Responsible of vehicle spare parts requisition, cost estimation and transportation.
• Preparing reports for Maintenance Cost on monthly basis & evaluation.

• Acknowledgement of Delivery & Purchase Order of the required spare sparts from supllier local and international.
• Monitoring/Checking of received Daily Vehicle Movement Report including kilometers run & fuel filled receipt which is already encoded in the fleet system from Branches.
• Monitoring/Checking & Encoding of received Daily Vehicle Movement Report from Hamriya Branch, Sharjah Brnach, Jebel Ali Branch, Abu Dhabi Branch & Ras Al Khaimah Branch including the fuel filled receipt in the fleet system against the Adnoc on Line.
• Monitoring & Checking of Vehicle Tracer Trucking System.(GPS System -satellite monitoring).
