Primary Responsibilties include but not limited to the following:
· Develop and manage medium to large project plans.
· Facilitate weekly team status meetings.
· Monitor and control scope, risk, issues and dependencies.
· Escalate project issues up through the PMO as required.
· Measuring and report on various KPIs and the overall health of the project.
· Communicate effectively to all levels of the IT and Business organizations.
· Understand and be able to apply PMI’s standard project management methodology.
· Effectively manage project scope and budget.
· Manage large matrix managed teams (both IT and Business).
· Organized and detail oriented.
· Actively produce and update all proper PM required documentation \[project schedules through lessons learned\].
· Accountable for the overall program / project success.
· Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
