Hand experience to switch over of rundown and delivery/truck loading tanks.
Sampling and gauging of different tanks manually.
Handled emergencies like, Pipeline Bursting / Raptures, Thieves attempt on pipeline, pilferages on pipeline, boozer’s valve damage during crude decanting operation.


Product Blending Activities:-

Prepare lineup from component tanks to blending header for products (JP-1, JP-8, Mogas, HOBC)
Controlling of chemical injection to the product i.e. Dyes, Anti- Static, Anti-oxidant, Odorant etc.
Preparing of Recipes of different specifications of gasoline products i.e. 87, 90 RON & HOBC etc.
Keep record of chemicals consumption in blending & clear the load slip of all petroleum products with mentioning temperature, relative density, tank No. & batch No.

Advanced Filling System (Gantry):-

TLAS (Truck Loading Automation System) By Rose Mount.
TAS (Terminal Automation System) By Honeywell.
Delivery document & TSA (Tax Shipment Advise) Through SAP System.
Tank Lorries Fill according To SOP & Safety Checklist system.
Weigh Bridge Loading Capacity is ‘70’ Tons for Furnace Oil, LPG & Sulphur.
Dip, Temperature & Density activity performs of by volume Products according to SOP.
Manage the Dispatch report of all products on daily basis.

Local Crude Decanting Facility:-

Weigh Bridge loading Capacity is ‘100’ Tons for Crude Oil & Condensate.
Sampling Activity Performs Of BS&W Before Decanting.
Dip, Temperature, Density & Water Finding Activity perform Before Decanting.
Decanting Operation Through Centrifugal Pump By PLC System.
Dry Out Operation Through Decanting Pipe With the Help Of Inclined Flooring.
Prepare The Dry Out/Delivery Certificate For Exit the Tank Lorry.

Ship Handling & Pipeline Operation

Supervise unloading ops. of Crude (A/L, Murban, U/Z, DAS) from (Ships) at Karachi Port.
Hand on experience of receiving of interfaces of Crude Oil & HSD through same pipeline.
Supervise & hand on experience of PIG RECEIVING/PIG LAUNCHING activities.
Carry out tanks switchover, inter-tank transfer, re-injection operations & Oil/Mov. activities.
Operation experience of tanks like floating roof tanks, cone roof and fixed roof tanks.
