Perform daily housekeeping duties such as dusting, walling, sweeping, and also general cleaning including floor stripping, scrubbing, buffing, polishing and waxing floors.
Teaching new hired custodian how to proper procedure of cleaning and how to operate basic and heavy equipment tools.
I'm also responsible to maintain the cleanliness of areas.
Quarterly evaluating the performance of my custodians and tell them how to improved their knowledge and skills.
