Responsible in providing strategic directions to sales force and formulate customer programs that will lead to developing loyalists and advocates of Mazda Brand in the province.
Also secure profitability of the branch through optimum utilization of available resources.
Provide company and product presentations to target distributors and dealers.
Equip newly registered dealers and distributors through product and sales training programs.
Create and develop territory marketing plan for Batangas province to secure desired growth on direct sales.
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Responsible for the performance and development of the Field force.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Conducts one-on-one review (quarterly) and monthly sales activity team performance review to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Field Force sales and activity performance.
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the Field Force.
Recruits, tests, and hires Field Force based on criteria agreed upon by HR management.
Achieve targets in assigned region through right implementation of campaign action plans.
Provide training development programs for the field force.
Formulate field sales tactics for the field force that will help enhance company image to target clients.
Design the right field force structure for the assigned region to secure competitiveness in the industry.
Analyze all available sales data and submit recommendations to VP-Sales in the development of core sales strategies for the department.
