Responsible to prepare the machine for cleaning procedure, before and after production. Paramix, Filler (KHS Filler) and CIP Plant
• Responsible to prepare (CW+HW+COUSTIC+ACID+HW+CW) for 5 step CIP
Cleaning. • Operate high-speed production and packaging machinery equipment problems
and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Repairing and Maintaining Mechanical Equipment - Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of mechanical
• Clean, lubricate, or adjust parts, equipment, or machinery
• Analysed test results, machine error messages, or information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems
• Changeover machines for new product runs
• Stop machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to supervisor
• Coordinate to process supervisor or Line QC when the machine is ready for production
• Responsible to operate paramix and adjust machine for Low Brix and High Brix based on standard
• Troubleshooting basic mechanical systems
• Preparing documentation (detailing work and process flows) product as necessary to facilitate proper flow and machine operation
• Ensure package and product quality
• Operate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely
• Clean equipment and area during and after shift
• Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices
• Keep daily records of down time and machine operations
• Ability to work flexible work schedule
• Operates equipment in accordance with Safety and other Company procedures
• Recording technical data, instructions from client, deviations to specifications, loss and or damage.
• Report all accidents, incidents or unsafe conditions and takes all necessary steps to prevent accidental damage to property, plant, equipment or the environment
Perform first level operation and maintenance of equipment, manual handling, and material movement in production area. Have basic mechanical knowledge that involves using mechanical tools and reading basic mechanical drawings. To able to read and understands safety, quality, and operational procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Perform preventive maintenance tasks as assigned by the MT per standard PM schedule
•Prepare materials and equipment before starting up the line
•Starts and stops equipment during operation scheduled time following SOPs
(Standard operating procedures)
•Monitor the performance of production equipment and adjusts minor parameters as per the standard process parameters
•Escalate any process none conformance or safety/ food safety/ quality issues to machine technicians and line technicians
•Boards updating
•Basic SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) operation
•Excel sheets update
•HMI basic operation
•Batch making and line preparation
Critical cleaning tasks: (Safety & food safety requirements)
•Powder filter cleaning
•Cleaning pipes and machine parts in washing room
•Cleaning of equipment in production area
•General cleaning of the line
•Cleaning and sanitizing of in feed belts and machines
•Handling hazardous chemicals as per safety and food safety guidelines
•Cleaning at heights
•Chocolate jacketing pipe lines dismantling and cleaning
Quality, GMP and GHP responsibilities:
•Quality check of product at de-molding
•Labeling the pallet
•Checking of show boxes rejected by check weigher
•Weighing bins
•Emptying and labeling rework bins
•Perform Kappa checks on the line
•Participate in on line sensory program
•Respects and enforces Quality and Safety procedures
•Collecting samples, micro samples
Maintenance and technical tasks
•Perform regular machine conditions checks
•Participate in minor maintenance tasks during troubleshooting and mechanical repair activities
•Participate in preventive maintenance activities as per the standard PM checklists
•Participate in machines change over activities, i.e. Mold changing, minor machine adjustments, etc.
•Changing of wrapper reels and fine tuning
•Minor adjustments and fine tuning machine settings
•Prevents loss of product and process waste
Sustainability and environment:
•Minimize the rework generation
•Optimize the usage of rework as per the procedures
•Minimize the scrap generation
•Ensure that wastes are segregated as per the waste management procedure
•Optimize the usage of water, energy etc...

The scope of my position involves handling of a wide range of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods movement in the production area...
The scope involves further, Performing basic quality, food safety and safety audits, complying with all instructions and procedures: 5S, hygiene, material flow, waste sorting, quality and safety standards.
