* Training of 2000 personnel per annum on courses of 1-70 weeks in duration including a minimum of 20 concurrent classes at any one time on 15-18 month courses.
* Reporting on approximately 100 servicemen per annum.

* Strategic development of UK language capability for operations in Afghanistan including project management of a £1M+ enhancement of manpower and learning technology.
* Rapid generation of a distributed operational language training system for the Army in the UK and Germany.
* Establishment of highly successful in-country language training in Central Asia.
* Initiation and embedding of a major staff development programme.
* Consultant and on-screen subject matter expert on the UK military training model for a Channel 4 sponsored TV production on hidden talent for language learning

* Deputy to Head of Army Educational Services in central and south west England (approx 70 staff).
* Planning, coordinating and assuring a comprehensive, integrated, programme of mandatory individual training and education to service approximately 38, 000 personnel.

* Development of local training and educational policy for military personnel in line with UK Government standards and targets and MOD policy.
* Development of Continuous Professional Development concentrations for officers.
