 Provides technical and administrative support to Quality Assurance Dept. - MAA Refinery.
 Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Dept. Coordinator. Responsible for all the activities related to HSE such as: prepares reports, registration of personnel in the online HSE Training System for HSE courses; coordination among departments of MAA, MAB, SHU, PD & LM to obtain feedbacks/comments on all HSE related subjects. Prepare agendas, HSE reports, organize Department / Division HSE meetings, prepares minutes of meeting, & other HSE related jobs as required.
 Internal Courses Coordinator (Inside Kuwait). Responsible for the registration of all personnel to participate on various internal courses as per employee’s training plan. Finalized the Annual Training Plan of all QA Dept. personnel. Updates, maintains & submit reports as required.
 External Courses Coordinator (Outside Kuwait). Responsible for the registration of all personnel to participate in external courses. Determination to approve or cancel whether an external course is beneficial to each employee as per his/her current discipline. Responsible for controlling the nomination as per budget / funds availability. Updates, maintains & submit reports as required.
 Secondment personnel Coordinator. Coordinates all Loaned / Secondment personnel related correspondences within MAA Refinery and Manpower Supplying Companies. Updation of all records such as: Manpower Budget, Mobilization / Demobilization, Timesheets submission, Leave Forms, CVs, Interview Schedules / Results, etc.
 Periodic Medical Examination (PME) Coordinator. Responsible for scheduling & tracking the Annual PME Schedule of all QA Dept. personnel.
 Using MAXIMO software, responsible for the requisition of stationery supplies and pantry/catering requirements for meetings.
 Coordinates office requirements including IT supplies, workstation moves, furniture & office equipments maintenance including workstation (computing equipment) to newly hired personnel.
 Maintain records for safekeeping of all documents via an accurate filing system.
 Responsible for online bookings of conference rooms/meeting halls in MAA Admin. Building for meetings, conferences, events, etc. and arranging all requirements like laptop, projector, data show, etc.
 Performs general clerical duties but not limited to document scanning, photocopying & filing and other related jobs as and when required by the department.
