Ensuring Store is fully complaint administratively & procedurally according to company guidelines
•Responsible for store operations and staff development
• Assisting Store Manager in weekly and daily analysis of commercial reports for auctioning necessary plans.
•Assisting Store Manager in implementing company programmes by working directly with shift team to implement action plans that meets operational & organizational objectives.

•Assisting the Restaurant Manager in efficiently managing the outlet according to the established standards with an objective to achieve maximum guest satisfaction which includes; liaising with kitchen on daily operations to ensure the food quality is up to the specified standards.
•Assigning responsibility to subordinates and check their performance by updating & maintaining the Employee notice board, checking all employees are on duty as per schedule, conducting daily staff uniform inspection and shift briefings in the absence of the Manager and assisting the Manager in checking Employees out at the end of the shift.
•Supervise and participate in dining and kitchen area activities.
•Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
•Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service, and complete disciplinary write-ups.
•Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards.
•Perform various financial activities, such as cash handling, deposit preparation.
•Recommend measures for improving work procedures and worker performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety
