Future state map shows, 2 racks single point scheduling system implementation reduces exchange over time by a mean of 60 %, layout optimization reduces manpower and reduces WIP by a mean of 40.6 %, yield improvement to 98%, and reduce production lead time by a mean of 29.06%.
