Position: Customer Care Service/Sales and Marketing
Duties & Responsibilities: • Collating, summarizing & analyzing in-flight customer surveys
• Data base clean up of customers surveys
• Collating and distributing marketing correspondence
• Responding to customer emails, before service and after service emails.
• Handling incoming calls and responding to inquiries
• Maintain solid customer relationship by handling their queries and concerns with speed and professionalism.
• Logging in all calls in conjunction with sales department and submitting the reports to the supervisors on a daily basis.

My internship was at Kenya Airways marketing management department and I handled various airline marketing operations from ground service customer handling to inflight customer surveys, services and procedures, events and corporate sponsorship initiatives. My dissertation was on 'Improving the Quality of Online Customer Service' with a case study on airlines (Kenya Airways) as they face a lot of fraud cases.
