Responsibilities: AutoCAD Designer
Drafted and designed full detail Signage shop drawing using Auto-CAD and Google Sketch up Pro 2015.
Work closely with Project Managers and Engineer’s to discuss design details, Prepare and analyze architectural layout and detail drawing from RFI (Release for Construction).
Perform conceptual design from different types of Signage or Way finding Sign such as Free standing totem and Parking sign that requires structural framing for structural calculations.
Prepare fixing details and analyze different type of sign to be installed on a specific location on site.
Assist/Coordinate production team during fabrication to ensure correct guidelines has been followed. Provide print copies of the approved shop drawing.
Release cutting files for mock up sample or for actual production as per approved shop drawing.
Revise drawings to reflect current changes and ensure all the details are clear to complete the revision. Create and Maintain As built drawing for reference and final drawing submission.
Visit construction site for coordination with the Engineers regarding technicalities of all Signage specially free standing sign, wall mounted sign, parking sign and higher level signage
like canopy or external facade sign.
Plot digital files.
Responsibilities: Project Engineer
Define the scope of the Project in collaboration with Senior Management.
Creates a detail work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
Determines the resources (time, money equipment, etc.) required to complete the project
Develop and review a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities, revised the schedules as required.
Determines the objectives and measures upon which project will be evaluated at its completion.
Manages project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization.
Ensures that all project personnel receives an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project.
Contract qualified consultant/subcontractor to work on the project as appropriate.
Executes the project according to the project plan.
Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secure.
Monitors the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quantity.
Responsibilities:
Marking Setup of the glasses from the car frame:
Collecting information of the setup by marking the offset of the glasses from the actual frame or body of the specific car.
Marking the Original line of the Doors to make or align the black band base on correct positioning of the line.
Make clear marking on the glass if any special design or cut out for the Windshield, Doors and Rear Windshield.
New Model for development Process:
Trace Original Equipment Manufacturer of Glass on a clean bigger white paper, after tracing the OEM determine the correct points of trace line and arc and then get the X and Y Coordinates of each given points
Enter the Coordinates of point into AutoCAD; after the coordinates are all encoded connect the coordinates by the use of Lines and Arcs.
Compare the Manual trace coordinates into printed coordinates in AutoCAD since the coordinates was done manually there will be a difference carefully check the necessary adjustment of each point of the coordinates.
Prepare the Final Perimeter of Windshield, Front Door, Rear Door, Vent Door, Quarter fix and Rear Windshield. Carefully check the marking of set up on each glass, mark represents the value of offset and black band.
Prepare the drawing base on the final set up, include VIN Slot, Heater and Sun band for Windshield also Antennae of Rear Windshield and Quarter fix if needed. Complete the details on the drawing(e.g. Customer Name, Brand of Car, Year Model, Levels of Protection, Section, Part Name, Date).
Prepare Customer Data Sheet and sent it to customer for approval.
Print all drawings base on approved customer data sheet and sent it to Production for tooling, make sure all data are clear to the operator on tooling.
Prepare the Design or Black band of each part, Print the Design (Black band) and send it to Screen making.
Responsibilities:
Laser Machine - A state of the art machine producing a narrow beam of concentrated light to cut a very hard materials. This machine offers total Engineering capabilities to cut stainless steel from 0.6mm to 3mm, mild steel from 1mm to 18mm, acrylic from 2mm to 30mm and wood up to 50mm.
Since the company is an advertising field this machine usually uses for cutting different letters for build ups, signage promotional logos and mechanical parts
Responsibilities:
Deal with the customer regarding the structure of the design
Determine what type of materials and thickness to be used for specific cutting
For mechanical parts determine the tolerance
Prepare the design in Auto CAD, Prepare cutting path for CNC machine
Make sure all the setting on the machine is properly set for accurate cutting
Check the quality of the cutting, Check the finish cutting for delivery
I Graduated in Systems Technology Institute in the field of Computer Science this degree help me to easily understand the architecture of different graphics software, cad software and 3D application This Degree taught me how to do basic programming, computer hardware and computer software troubleshooting.
