• Prepare weekly Plan of work, Engaging Lesson Plans & Notes with well outlined learning objectives, outcomes & success criteria.
• Use Cambridge and Doddle resources as starters at the beginning of every lesson to engage the students, teach the students and provide a challenging atmosphere for students to critically think.
• Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.
• Organize lab practical classes and Supervise students' laboratory work for AS - Students
• Continuous assessment of students after every topic treated.
Discuss with parents on student's progress and possible ways of improving it.

Organize practical classes and Supervise students' laboratory work for AS - Students
Continuous assessment of students after every topic treated.
Perform administrative duties such as serving as a class master for Grade 12.

• Use starters at the beginning of every lesson to engage the students, teach the students and provide a challenging atmosphere for students to critically think.
• Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.
• Organize practical classes and Supervise students' laboratory work.
• Head the preparation of practical exam reagents, lab setting & supervision of AS, AL and IGCSE chemistry exams in the school.
• Establish and monitor students' compliance with safety rules for handling chemicals, equipment, and other hazardous materials in the laboratory.
• Use a variety of students led activities in every lesson.
• I have a planned activity at the end of the lesson to ensure students reflect on what they have learnt.
• Give students critical thinking questions and opportunities for them to develop their innovative skills.
• Evaluate and grade students' class work, laboratory performance, assignments, and papers.
