Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets

 As a Senior Specialist (Financial Accounting) in Etihad Atheeb Telecom Company (GO) From July 10, 2010 up to the present, I have developed the following values and Qualifications:

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Handles all Major Vendor Reconciliations (STC, Bayanat Etc.) & Confirmations for Audit & for Management Use.
Participate in Company Implementation of Special Projects such as VAT & IFRS Implementation.
Company Tax reporting (VAT/WHT/ZAKAT)
Supervises the day to day activities and operations in the accounts payable function for the organization from Invoice receiving, Approval & Payment request submission.

Handle Vendor Queries & Concerns relating the Status of their Invoices.
Prepares Accounts Payable Register and related reports in a timely manner

Preparation of Company Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flows) based on IFRS
Creation of General Leger Accounts for Financial Reporting.
Preparation of Month end Related Entries, Accruals and Adjustments for the Closing of Financial Statements
Preparation of Reports based on EATC General Ledger during the Conduct of External Audit and for Management Requests

PAYROLL
Payroll Costing Entries to the GL on a monthly basis based on Final Verified Payroll.
Verification of Payroll Register and request for Adjustment if necessary
Verification of Employee EOSB Forms based on EATC Policy & Saudi Labor Law.
