Functional testing of deluge valves including solenoid, pilot vales and fusible loop panel.
Participate in USD/ESD testing activities.
Cold loop check of Combustible Gas detectors, Heat detectors, H2s detectors, Fire (Flame) detectors, Fire (Smoke) detectors on the assigned areas.
Device, cables, tags and location verification if it is according to the ILD and P&ID.
Hot loop check of above mentioned devices using actual gases and assuring that all devices are properly working according to client’s specification.
Verification/Functional testing of Fire and Gas devices included in Power Turbine Generators.
Assist Operation personnel if there are any questions regarding fire and gas devices
Fault finding and trouble shooting of loops and devices with problem.
Assisting clients and contractors during walk down of assigned system and raising punch if there is anything to be given attention.
Involve in the dynamic testing/cause and effect matrix test for Fire and Gas unit shutdown and process shutdown.
Responsible in as-building drawings if there is any discrepancy on actual situation vs. hard copies.
Mainly involve in Instrument Test Report preparation on the later part of the project.
Instrument installation.
Carry on task given by immediate superior.
Keep work area and equipment clean and in ready condition.
Safety policy and procedure compliance (safety training work practices), and execute all jobs under supervision of clients.

Instrument calibration for CONVENTIONAL (4-20mA) and FOUNDATION FEILDBUS instruments along with the presence of SABIC personnel as the witness on laboratory and on site.
Loop checking of internal loops including temperature and alarms of each and every panel inside the Process Interface Building.
Documentation including loop folder preparation, instrument specification sheet and calibration sheets etc.
Preparation/Completion of loop folders for final loop checking.
Pre-loop check of instrument and cables from device, junction boxes and marshalling panels including analyzers.
Assist in preparation if inspection and testing reports, loop packages, calibration certificate, P&ID, ILD and other attachment required for the inspection acceptance.
As building/red lining drawings.
Calibration of process instruments such as Honeywell, Rosemount etc.
Documentation/Folder monitoring.
Functional testing of Fire and Gas Analyzers.

Works on instrumentation aspects of the project including preparation of instrumentation construction drawings and as built drawings.
Perform scheduled corrective maintenance works.
Integrate new control instruments on new or existing plant equipment.
Responsible for the validation/calibration of different kind of process instruments such as level, flow, and pressure and temperature transmitter. Checking based on conformation on required ranges from engineering data sheet.
Responsible for functional tests of various kinds of process switches.
Inspect and test operation of instrument system to diagnose faults using testing/standard measuring devices.
Validation of thermocouple, RTD and other temperature elements.
Repair and trouble shooting of process instrumentation components or remove and replace defective parts. Off-site or on-site.
Attends coordination and safety meetings
To report group unsafe condition and plant hazards.
Carry on tasks required by the immediate superior.
