• Project involved 75km of API 1104, 12” high-pressure multi-product bi-directional cross-country supply and distribution pipelines along highways from Aramco Bulk Plant, Qassim to Buraidah underground storage facilities, including block valve stations, fiber optic cable installation, substation buildings, storage tanks, supply pump and receiving stations
• Also included 248km of 14” API 5L, Grade 65 high-pressure hydrocarbon products pipeline between Aramco Bulk Plant, Jizan and Abha underground storage facilities, including supply pump station, booster stations, block valve stations, receiving station, storage tanks, fiber optic cable installation and substation buildings. A pipeline crossing mountainous regions with altitude changes of 2, 730 meters and a 10km tunnel built with drill & blast method, shotcrete and rock bolting
• Coordinated, supervised and monitored a multi-national subcontractor inspection team to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system
• Established detailed quality systems to ensure performance, quality, cost and safety standards
