• Review quality of all materials at site and insure compliance to all projects specifications and quality and collaborate with department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials.
• Review all approved submittals and identify dependable feature of work.
• Assist with employees to insure knowledge of all quality standards and insure compliance to all quality manual and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain quality of all system.
• Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to insure all work according to quality requirements.
• Responsible for monitoring and enforcing standards of environmental and public health, including food hygiene, safety at work, housing and noise and pollution control.
• Preventing environment health conditions injurious to health and promoting good environment.

Monitoring and supervision of piping installation, construction at the same time commissioning of Thermal Desorption Plant, Soil Washing Plant and Boiler Plant.
Prepared daily reports of works progress and manpower utilization.
Coordinate with the sub-contractors to achieve the target and schedule set as by planned.
Directs, maintained and enforces and safety program, Assist to review safety policies and procedure to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance personnel.
Coordinates or installs, inspects, repairs and maintained mechanical engineering equipment.
Supervises and assigns work to mechanical and electrical technician and inspects work for completeness.
Conduct planned mechanical maintenance services, control labour and procurement of materials for unscheduled and emergency work.
Perform any other duties that maybe assigned by my superior for emergency job.
Maintain effective health and safety system, including completion of risk assessments and SOP’S.
Ensuring housekeeping, productivity, and quality of work standards are maintained of all employee.
KOC approved as EPermit to Work (PTW) authorization.

 Maintaining the normal operation of 12 units chilled water at capacity of 30HP.
 Erection and commission new HVAC unit system.
 Maintaining various type of Extruder machine, overhead crane, and repaired water pumps.
 Preparation of yearly maintenance schedule, leave schedule and monthly invoice.
 Preparation of work orders and quotations of spare parts.
 Supervise daily maintenance to the respective technician.
 Supervise piping installation for cooling system.
 Prepared daily report and Manpower shift schedule.
 Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half and yearly maintenance report.
 Supervise and inspection all related maintenance work

 Carry out project engineering activities related to the projects multidisciplinary nature.
 Supervise of workshop activities for the pre-fabrication of associated piping work.
 Supervise the installation of package type A/C, cooled store freezer.
 Experience in construction installation, commissioning and start-up of process machine.
 Prepare daily reports and manpower weekly schedule.

1. Conduct daily routine and check all running equipment, monitor the performance and take corrective actions in order to prevent breakdowns.
2. Troubleshoot and repair equipment that are malfunctioning or breakdown.
3. Perform preventive and plan maintenance as per the department schedule.
4. Record in the log book all observation and breakdowns and action taken, work achieve or in progress.
5. Ensure safe conditions in my working area, following safety guidelines, safekeeping of tools of equipment, and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the surroundings.

1. Monitoring and supervising the piping fabrication activities carried out by the module fabricator.
2. Monitor the quality and progress of the work scope and adherence to company and contractor procedures.
3. Ensuring necessary HSE reviews are undertaken and identified actions completed.
4. Participating in fabrication and safety reviews for piping fabrication and assembly works.
5. Providing technical support to the project on piping fabrication, installation, commissioning and hoop up
6. Provide input to project documents for piping fabrication, assembly, commissioning and start-up requirements.
7. Supporting hook up and commissioning team for load out/in and start- up.
8. Ensuring the issuance of appropriate document for installation works e.g. request, permits, isolations and etc.
9. Work closely with QA/QC testing and company O and M group.
