• Duty is to make all the arrangements for shipper to stuffing cargo from its premises like factory, warehouse.
• Liaising between transporting company, CHA, ICD & Shipper.
• Booking container from shipping lines.
• Arrange transportation to take container from ICD to factories.
• Checking weight (empty &laden) and conform to shipper.
• Collecting and send invoice and packing list to CHA.
• Conforming check list with shipper and proceed to CHA for clearance.
• Submitting shipping instructions for releasing B/L.
• Collecting documents, cheque, B/L etc.
• Invoicing.
• Maintaining the books of accounts like Cash book, Bank book, petty cash etc.
• Preparing bank reconciliation Statement.
• Preparing Trading and P&L account.
• Prepare and processing payroll.
• Verifying and maintain Proper record of bills and follow up of bills.
• Checking and posting purchase invoices.
• Preparation and submission of documents required for bank.
• Checking the expenses of company regarding procurement and maintenance of office equipments/furniture’s and maintain proper record and ensure accountability.
• Make arrangements for company’s meeting, Food and Accommodation for the guest etc.
• Maintain proper record of details of Suppliers and Clients.
• Establish and develop ways for promoting the company’s image
