Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire life cycle of the Hiring Process.
• Collect the hiring documents and revise them.
• Manage all social insurance process including form 1, form 2 and form 6.
• Ensure effective boarding of newly hired employees.
• Handle all renewal contract and termination process for all employees cases.
• Conducting exit interviews for resigned employees during training.
• Delivering all kinds of Reports to the management Team.
• Coordinate for carrying out induction with new employees, organizing training schedules for new staff.
• Handling performance Application Activity such as : PA meeting develop PA form..,
• Handling all employee requirements such as; HR Letter, new banks account letters and bank loans documents issuing.
• Manage interviewing and hiring process to ensure high quality hires and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Handle all HR activities using the HR system GP & Mina HR.
• Handle the entire vacation cycle system to ensure accurate employee vacation records.
• Coordinate and fallow up the legal investigation cycle and implement investigation decisions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment tasks:
• Keeping the Recruitment Tracking updated and using it to generate Recruitment Status and Vacancies Reports on regular basis.
• Handling CVs Database, Screening CVs upon opening of a new vacancy, contacting Recruitment Agencies or posting Job Advertisements on Internet Recruitment Sites.
• Representing the Company in Recruitment Events and Fairs, while maintain contacts with recruitment agents, governmental and non-governmental educational institutes and any other potential source of future recruits.
• Conducting Phone Screening, Tests, Interviews for junior & mid level posts rate their behavioral competencies, assess their suitability & support all parties in concern with assessment.
• Handling Offer Letters’ communication & negotiation with selected candidates, and sending apology emails to rejected candidates.
• Draft, review edit and Create Job Descriptions.
Training & Development tasks:
• Provide recommendations to Human Resources Manager for training programs that comply with the company & employee’s Training Needs.
• Communicate & Negotiate Training Programs & Offers with Training Providers, while providing management with Providers recommendation & summarized evaluation.
• Ensures proper Orientation for newly hired employees in coordination with HR team.
Compensation & Benefits tasks:
• Ensure appropriate implementation of employees’ compensation and benefits policies / procedures.
• Providing continuous recommendations for implementing applicable aspects of compensation trends within the company.
Medical Insurance:
• Responsible for reviewing new medical Contracts and take the required approval.
• Handling all process required to insert New Addition employee or Cancelation resigned employee from the Medical invoice.
• Handle and coordinate all Refund process with the employee and the finance department.
