Main Duties:
Check retail files for all products to ensure completeness of documentation, help in corporate documentation and limits loading, prepare different reports in coordination with CAMC manager .
Main Duties:
Responsible for analyzing all loans applications : Property, Auto, Personal and Cards and make sure they all meet the bank's policy
Responsible for submitting the applications for granting
A granting committee member.
Main Duties:
Responsible for serving all the bank’s clients in the most efficient and fast way possible.
Granting all retail loans on the banking system.
Running the daily operational procedures.
Marketing retail products ( mortgage, auto and personal loans)
Marketing debit and credit cards and perform all related operational procedures and fulfilling the clients request accordingly.
To ensure a proper application for car loan workflow (data entry phase).
Main Duties:
Responsible for answering all inbound calls from internal and external clients regarding all products and complaints.
Ensure that clients are served probably
To manage, coach and develop either by getting full and comprehensive answers or by the related branch and make sure that each complaint reaches the concerned party.
To have an appreciation of call/contact management practices and ability to make/contribute towards effective decisions concerning customer priority and call routing when required.
To ensure a proper application for car loan workflow (data entry phase).
To provide comprehensive and knowledgeable information and service to internal and external customers regarding Retail Banking products and services as appropriate.
