responsible for providing quality service to passengers in respect to check-in, boarding, special services, lounges, and baggage services as per QR’s commercial and safety standards and procedures ensuring passengers and their baggage are handled in a consistent manner.
Tracks work orders for designated department meets with supervisors and foremen as needed to gather work order statuses, Confers and cooperates with other department heads to ensure coordination of activities, Contacts customer, gives work order number, provides work order status reports, confirms closure of work orders and ensures customer satisfaction.
Coordinates with other departments to track invoices and purchase orders.
Assists department personnel, dispatcher duties, and new employee training.
Prepares reports for management and maintains financial spreadsheets; records data in control records.
oversees and coordinates the activities of Airport Services agents and appointed Ground Handler to ensure the safety and service running by the company requires and rules.

as i was in charge off supervisor airport services position in yanbu airport handling AL-TAYYAR ( GSA )

responsible of solving all the handling issues at the airport and collecting the excess baggage form the passengers as the airline price list, responsible of lost baggage as flowing the lost baggage status with the airport handling agent (SGS), attend all the securt meeting with airport authority monthly, make sure that all handling charges are correct then stamped it with the airline official stamp to approval, try to solve any legal charge from airport authority peacefully, to avoid any fines against the airline .
