➢ Responsibilities & Project Summary;

▪ Working with Key Stakeholders & clients to understand their needs in the project and to
agree/verified the scope of work, project requirements and Product acceptance criteria.
▪ Meeting with the Main Contractor management to transfer the client requirement
under the Project Specification and Contract Doc.
▪ Detecting issues and conduct situational and data analysis to identify and understand
them, further to investigating ways to resolve them.
▪ Monitoring and inspection of the Project Activities and the final Product throughout the
project life cycle, further to validate the scope of work and accepted the deliverables in
accordance with project SPECS and Inspection testing Plan (ITPs).
Headed a Wind - Solar Hybrid System Program, Consist of Installation 23 turbines (GW155—
4.5MW) Gold wind in 04 Plants different Sites namely:(Sir Bani Yas & Delma Island, Sila and Al-
Halah), Furthermore its Relevant civil works and LV & MV cable network up to the distribution
network. Ensuring that the site going on the project goals & objectives outlined in production
program.

➢ Responsibilities & Project Summary;

▪ Organize meetings with key Stakeholders of project & Study the Client’s requirements,
Project SPECS further to all related SPECS that Mentioned in the Project’s SPECS to learn
more about their needs according to the relevant contractor’s contract & project SPECS.
▪ Developing and implementing procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the
quality of products in accordance with the company's standards.
▪ Setting a plan for approving samples as per the execution time schedule and approve
the raw materials’ samples that will be supplied to the site according to the project’s
specifications & requirements, Standard SPECS & Codes and get the Client’s approval.
▪ Supervise the Quality Engineers to make sure that all assignments (Civil, Architect &
Electromechanical) are in accordance with the project’s requirements and SPECS.
The New and Renewable Energy Authority in Egypt had implemented the Wind farm Plant,
Consists of Installation 70 turbines (V105-3.60 MW) Vestas’s wind turbines in 3.6 MW
Power, 252 MW order with Vestas for the Gulf of Suez in Ras Ghareb, furthermore its
Relevant civil works, this will renewable energy to power almost 300, 000 Egyptian homes.

QUALITY ASSISTANT MANAGER, QA/QC May 2019 - Aug 2021.

➢ Responsibilities & Project Summary;

▪ Manage project quality performance and verified the deliverables throughout the
project life cycle, prior submission to the project consultant for formal acceptance.
▪ Ensure that quality processes and procedures are employed in accordance with project
specifications and scope of work without any deviations that may adversely affect the
project cost and time, Further to Prepare the Project QC/QA Documents as Required.
▪ Implement Inspection & Testing Plan (ITP) to determine type and repetition of inspection
& testing and then Submission of all assignments to the consultant after conforming to
the project’s SPECS, further to Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the direct
manager to follow up the work and solve problems.
Managed the construction of 06 Office Buildings (Podium 01), Moreover 02 Office Buildings
on Plots 14D01 & 14D02, Each One consists of 02 Basement, G.R and 05 TYP. Floor with a total
3000 sq.m of built-up area, belonging to Al-Futtaim Commercial and Administrative Centers.

➢ Responsibilities & Project Summary;

▪ Study project drawings as well, in order to prepare a list of requirements for materials,
tools, equipment and work hours based on the project priorities, project Base Line and
schedule, taking into consideration the project cost, time and quality.
▪ Monitor the performance of all sub-contractors and report to the Site Manager on
project details of work progress, potential risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
▪ Ensure the work activities on project is implementing according to the Scope of Works.
▪ Supervise the team to ensure the completion of work according to the agreed plan
following HSE policies and procedures.
Supervised and Leaded an on-site workforce of engineers, Subcontractors, Carpenter, steel
fixer and laborers to constructed RGWE Wind farm Plant Project belong to Orascom
Construction Limited (Egypt) consortium with ENGIE (France) and Toyota Tsusho
Corporation/Eurus Energy Holdings Corporation (Japan) for Installation of 125 turbines
(G97-2.1MW) Siemens Gamesa’s wind turbines in 2.1 MW Power, 262.5 MW Ras Gharib
project for the Gulf of Suez, furthermore its Relevant civil works.

to carry out all work activities on its basis and ensure that they are followed correctly.
▪ Supervising contracted staff (contractor and subcontractors) to achieve targets against
deadlines, furthermore monitoring their performance and reporting to direct manager.
▪ Using my skills and expertise to guide my team members and ensure the successful
completion of a project.
▪ Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.

Responsible to constructed 15 residential unit Buildings consists of a Basement,
Ground Floor & 11 Typical Floors, with a total area of about 1700 sq.m of built-up area
including all its relevant Civil and finishing activities as a scope of work in the project.
