Major duties include:
• planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of
projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each
project.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and
long-term goals.

Major duties include:
• Senior Systems Engineer for IBM FileNet Applications & 3rd party softwares.
• Application Suits Installation, Administration, Tuning & Support including: P8 V4, V4.5, V5, 1, V5 (Content
Engine, Process Engine, Application Engine, eForm, Content Search Engine, ICN, ICM, Datacap & WorkplaceXT).
• Installing and configuring FileNet ( stand alone and high available).
• Installing, Configuring and Administrating WebSphere ND 6.x, 7.x and 8.5)
• 5+ years hands-on experience in System Administration and Support with a focus on WebSphere installation
configuration, administration and support in high-availability, multi-platform environments.
• Expert knowledge of IBM Websphere Application Server ND, WAS clustering and failover, Deployment
Manager.
• Experience installing and maintaining J2EE-based Application Server environments.
• Skilled at monitoring performance of software and hardware and recommending and implementing changes to
maintain acceptable performance.
• Configuring SSO (Spenego &Kerberos) to work with FileNet platform.
• Upgrading from FileNet version 4.x and 4.5.1 to version 5.1, 5.2.1
• Supporting backlog environments configured on FileNet Content Engine.
• Supporting customers onsite or by phone.
• Projects documentations for all configurations and plans.
