-Manage all the computer department activities (hardware and software).
-Doing all the Setup, and implementation procedures for Oracle Financial Application Ver. 11i 11.5.9) for the following modules: General Ledger, Inventory, Account receivables, Account payables, Order management, and fixed assets.
-The setup and implementation for the above modules had done for the head quarter, and also for 10 branches distributed over five governments.
-The infra structure consists of a sun server (fire v880) which uses Unix Sun Solaris ver. 9 as an operating system, 25 client machines which uses windows 2000 professional.
-Leading a team consists of two oracle developers, one network administrator, and ten data entry.
-Support the Sales, Marketing, Financial managers and the head of the company with new solutions and systems developing techniques for their effective application and use.
-Troubleshoot and fix end-user and system problems.
-Solving business and technical issues/problems relating to day-to-day system operation.
-Suggest possible system enhancements as appropriate to meet end-user or system needs.
- Support AMD systems (hardware and software) at the highest levels of efficiency.
- Installation, setup, and implementation of financial package (Oracle Application Ver. 11.5.4) on windows 2000 based server for the following modules: General Ledger, Inventory, Account receivables, Order management, and fixed assets.
- Lead the day-to-day activities of the team of data entry.
- Prepare the required reports using oracle report builder, and oracle discoverer.
- Support the Sales, Marketing, Financial managers and the head of the company with new solutions and systems developing techniques for their effective application and use.
- Maintain and support applications including electronic mail, security applications and other required applications.
- Install and test hardware and software for network or stand-alone use. It consists of 20 personal computers, one Compaq server, and a network printer.
- Troubleshoot and fix end-user and system problems.
