• Supervise and manufacturing over 4500 Bridge Segmental unites
• Supervise and manufacturing of precast concrete units (Bridge unite, slab, beam, column, hollow core, pre-stress beam and double T beam and GRC
• Design and calculate all type of concrete design mix with strength up to 80 Mpa, used in all type of precast unite
• Expertise in all technical and operational aspects related to pre-cast pre-stress concrete factory, Production, Quality Control, Maintenance Management, design, costing, budgeting, fixing, cost control and internal control
• Extensive knowledge in concrete, all concrete grades, high performance concrete, durable concrete, light weight concrete, transparent concrete, architectural concrete, self-compacted concrete, green concrete, stamp concrete & GRC
• Extensive knowledge in all of pre-cast pre-stressed materials, steel reinforcements, steel strand, all type of cement, GGBS, fly ash, micro silica, chemical admixtures, concrete repeating material per-cast pre-stress accessories
• In addition will understanding of most standards and specifications, ACI, PCI, CPCI, BS, ASHTTO, ASTM, and method of statements preparation
• Familiar in most of pre-cast pre-stressed systems (circulation systems, H.C machinery) and related Machinery
• Verify that all quality site activities are in accordance with applicable codes and standards
• Participate in site internal and external audits
• Review customer's specification and undertake relevant training to site QC inspector
• Monitor and implementation of approved QC Plan
