I have 13 years of work experience, of which in helpdesk support with focus on IT consultation, building networks and It infrastructures, technical support, training, project management, backup & disaster recovery, messaging and security. attended several IT & non-IT related training courses, I am assigned to work in and manage large IT environments and any number of people.
