Provide leadership to the department in order to achieve work unit goals, focusing on customer needs. Assume responsibility and accountability for successful completion of assignments or tasks. Recognize areas for process improvements.
Staff Leadership. Reports directly to Operations Supervisor. Provide recommendations and motivation to help others strengthen specific knowledge and skill areas needed to accomplish their work.
Develop relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals. This involves working collaboratively with customers, peers, and external contacts. Work to make improvements with communication between all parties in a professional, effective and efficient manner.
Serve as a resource, member, or leader on project teams as assigned by management.
Meet sales goals set each month and assist the department with functional duties as needed
