• Managing a team of site inspectors and liaising with the authorities.
• Reviewing and commenting on contractor’s material submittals, method statements, temporary works, proposals, designs, and material submittals for compliance with designs, drawings and specifications.
• Monitoring Health & Safety matters on the site and ensuring contractor’s compliance with Local authority’s rules and regulations and HSE plan.
• Managing the implementation of QA/QC on site project.
• Drafting letters and letter responses to the RE/PM.
• Coordination among all team members, client and contractor.
• Providing advice and responding to requests for information from the main contractor and others.
• Defining areas of defective workmanship or materials.
• Responsible for authority approvals.
• Monitoring and reporting construction progress.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting regime.

Responsible for securing future business through specifications and approvals by regular planned calls to Engineering and Design Firms, Construction Influencers, jobsite consultants and contractors within the designated segments in order to attain profitable growth targets. Furthermore; I am also responsible for taking a leadership role in coordinating all necessary efforts to ensure conversion of specifications and approvals to sales through working on Projects & give the support to the Account Managers to build the competence level on Engineering Products.
1. Building up Multi Level Network within dedicated E&D Firms.
2. Preparing technical submittals, specification write ups, for Engineering products & follow up with specifiers and influencers to get it included in the specification documents.
3. Providing Technical support for Hilti customers through trainings and seminars to consultants, contractors and influencers.
4. Coordination & communication with sales forces to ensure sales of specified engineering products.
5. Developing strong relationships with the technical decision makers at customers’ offices to assure a high degree of success in achieving favorable Hilti Product Specifications and within the assigned segment.
6. Establishing call plan schedule for all assigned projects through CRM
7. Providing technical support for Hilti products. This support function includes, but not limited to, product demonstration, design solutions, bill of materials, estimation and submittals for all Hilti engineering products.
8. Rides with sales team to solve contractors’ issues using Hilti engineering products and assisting them in closing sales opportunities of engineering products through coaching as well as proactively generates new business opportunities.
9. Develops and maintains appropriate projects/accounts tracking systems and including activity and progress reporting and action plans.
10. Supports the marketing department with competition information gathering and market sensing activities.
11. Regularly updating CRM system by creating new contacts with their details, registering all daily activities and opportunities and by communicating Specification to other Hilti colleagues.
