expansion involves construction of a new ‘Fashion Avenue’ in between the existing Dubai Mall and the world’s tallest
building, the Burj Khalifa. The extension will allow the Mall to increase its annual capacity to over 100 million visitors.
This project belongs to its owner Emaar Properties, managed by Turner, lead Consultant by WSP ME (Design and
Supervision), Architecture sub consultant by DPA, and constructed by Main contractor DBB\ Dutco Balfour Beatty for
Main Work package and Al Futtaim Carillion\AFC for enabling work package. Piles Foundations had been carried out by
Dutch Foundation L.L.C
AMMROC Enabling Works (Value of AED 104 Million) - Al Ain, Sep 2013 (Completion Date)
The project is the development of Nibras (formerly Aerospace Cluster) in Al Ain in the Emirates. The Component Project
is the execution and completion of Advanced Military Maintenance, Repair Overhaul Center (AMMROC) Enabling Works,
Specific Works Discipline are: Earthworks cut and fill, Irrigation Main Line relocation, 11KV Cables relocation, Main
access road including street lighting, Temporary/construction access road/haulage road, Site Hoardings and Trees
relocation. This project is under AECOM management and belongs to its owner AEROSPACE HOLDING COMPANY
LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of Mubadala Development Company PJSC).

Hazza bin Zayed Stadium - Al Ain, 2012/2013
Scope of redesign the stadium structure, coordinating and reviewing the shop drawings for all the structure including the
precast elements during construction such as Seating Units, Raker Beams, cast in situ, steel beams…etc.
This project is under Broadway Malyan Architecture Urbanism, Developer Sorouh and belongs to its owner AAFAQ
Holdings.
The Dubai Mall Car Parks Modifications - Dubai 2011/2012
Scope of comprise all the civil and coating works for the mall parking areas Cinema, Fashion and Grand parking’s, which
consists of 22 floors total. This project is under TURNER management and belongs to its owner EMAAR Properties.
Eastern Mangrove - Angsana resort (Value of AED 1.1 Billion) - Abu Dhabi, 2009/2011
Scope of Construction of Hotel Apartments, Luxury Penthouse Style Apartments, Chandlery Apartments, Energy Center,
Substations, Marina Apartments and finally Sea Food Restaurant inside the Mangrove Canal with a 30 Berth Marina
including all the infrastructure and internal roads. This project is under TISHMAN\TURNER management, lead consultant
HYDER and belongs to its owner TDIC.
Zayed National Museum (Sub-Structure) - Sadeyat Island - Abu Dhabi, Q1/2011
Scope of construction of Mini package had been accomplished of the piling works, substructure and full superstructure
for the mini service building and the tunnel, in additional to the piling and full substructure for the main building. This

Responsible for managing the manpower, sub-contractors work in coordination with the consultants to ensure
completion within the time, scope and quality expected for the project.
· Managing the project equipment’s and materials procurement.
· Coordinating with consultants and client representatives.
· Report to senior projects manager regularly and provide an update regarding the project progress.
· Liaise with authorities to obtain project permits, NOC’s and handover works.
· Control project budget, scope of work, project time schedule, etc.
· Responsible for the detailed engineering of the structural works.
· Sets out the work in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
· Supervise constructions, operations and maintenance activities and ensure compliance to design specifications and
safety requirements.

· Attendance all project related meetings with project stakeholders.
· Monitor and maintain safety as per international and local standards review
· Justify contractor’s / client’s variations claims and monthly payments and all correspondences with contractor and
client.
· Preparing record drawings, technical reports and site diary.

Structural Design of various sophisticated structures using SAP analysis.
· Production of Detailed Design Drawings using AutoCAD.
