Working as a Technical Engineer Network, Storage, Low Voltage and IT systems:

- Handling configurations for (Huawei Routers, Switches) and Troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Huawei products -VDI System, Fusion Compute and Fusion Access
By deploying Windows OS Images in VMs and Templates for VDI users.
- Install and Manage Huawei Unified Communication (UC) for IP phones.
- Design and Build Huawei Modular Data Center FusionModule2000 services as (UPS, Cooling,
DCIM, Access Control and Fire alarm systems) to integrate with IT & Network Racks based on
customer requirement

-Establishes and maintains network performance by building net configurations and connections; troubleshooting network problems
-Help Desk support (Servers, PCs, Laptops and Printers) hardware and software.
-Administrator through windows server 2012 to manage all users by using Active Directory Domain Server (AD-DS), Group policy system and other services.
-Managing Documents and Project controlling “DCS/PCS” systems in PPD “Project Planning Department” for Ministry of Interior (MOI).
-Administrator on PMWeb System, which responsible for Archiving, Customization reports, creating forms, Commitments calculation and other functions for MOI projects.

Setup and Troubleshooting End users (Residential & Business customers) issues related to :
1-Internet connections with different technologies (ADSL- GPON- HFC- Wimax and 3G connections).
2-Landlines and faxes problems / IPTV with the optical fiber connections.
3-Web hosting, Email and Domain name issues.
4- Manage CCTV system issues
