• Duties :
a. Workshop Supervisor for Hyundai Commercial and Yutong Busses and Mahindra tractors.
b. Total responsible for customer visiting and caring.
c. The person responsible for warranty claims and all other system works.
• Full responsibility of new busses preventive maintenance in warranty period.
• Decision maker of warranty spare parts replacements & finishing settlement sheets for it.
• Responsible of filling, discussing and sending quality information feedback reports for repetitive failures or crashes at busses, handling problems & suggestion of solutions for those problems.
• Responsible of sudden crashes in busses out of warranty & making updates if necessary.
• Leading the exterior service workshop.
