Senior Architect Technical Office Engineer

Follow up the deliverable architect drawings coming from main technical office.
Make logs to follow the content of all a/m deliverable drawings as final drawings architect; interior or / and skin from the design consultant, also the deliverable drawings from the interior design; issue for construction of interior decoration: reflected ceiling; floor finishing; builders work; electrical and furniture and finally the shop drawings.
Present to the main office the report of needed drawings as per the site progress or / and even the remaining.
Break down for each floor, section and elevation for deeply reading the project in details and extract any conflict or needed data that may be not mentioned or clear enough to complete the work.
Send periodically a pointed report to mention the result of the previous study to main technical office to clarify these points.
Follow up all disciplines internal site transmittal and present its status to the upper managerial level to show the update of approving transmittal as type; date and action.
Distribute the approved architect drawings to the different site members as consultant; site crew and /or sub-contractor.
Help in collect and present the method of construction for some items such as block work; plastering; screed; epoxy painting; ceramic and internal painting, also review with the consultant any needed document s or data until we get the approval.
Study the periodic report received from main technical office to follow the progress of our project concerning mainly the drawings and any other progress especially about the requests for information.
Simplify the project in simple legend; tables and drawings and submit it to the site crew to gather the data in one simple sheet such as all the vertical members stairs; escalator and elevators, or as all the sections and elevations, or as all the sections in one direction, or as the areas that we have its fully interior design...etc.
Submit a report that mentioned the previous output points to the upper managerial level to supervision and to help getting the remaining data.
As per the site requirements make any adaptation drawings to clarify any unclear or confused architect shoots and submit it to the upper managerial level to transmit it to the consultant to get the approval such as the inclined screed of culvert and its levels.
Acting as company representative by max good appearance and reflection.
Co-ordinate the architect, decorative, civil and MEP disciplines.
Supervision on the site work.
Negotiation with the suppliers and sub-contractors to take the optimum specification by almost the optimum price for us or even for the owners if we took the contracting work installing or applying only and especially if our deal is supervision and consultancy.
Monitoring by time schedule and its update, cash flow status and periodically reports showing the owner the progress and the problems if there any and our advice and suggestions to solve it.
