1. Assure that fire unit staff is strictly commitment with Assistant Project Safety & Fire Manager instructions.
2. Works under directions of Assistant Project Safety & Fire Manager and implement it.
3. Prepares and submits reports to Assistant Project Safety & Fire Manager regarding incidents/accidents and daily patrol remarks.
4. Perform the fire chief duties during the emergency if Assistant Project Safety & Fire Manager is not present.
5. Implement Assistant Project Safety & Fire Manager commands during the emergency or fire incidents.
6. Manages and leads the fire unit staff directly using leadership skills that include implement direction of department's management.
7. Evaluate fire unit staff and assure them all ready for any emergency case.
8. Informing the Assistant Project Safety & Fire Manager directly in case of any fire incident or emergency.
9. Assure that all fire and emergency equipments on a regular basis and operate it as assigned.
10. Issuing hot work permits and takes the necessary safety precautions for it.
11. He can replace and carry out duties of Assistant Project Safety & Fire Manager if needed.
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
