• Support The Operation & Maintenance Department
 Reporting on the Status Electrical and Mechanical Rooms.
 Organizing and Preparing for Business Meeting.
 Preparation of Safety Regulation Check List.
 Send and Receive important Reports via E-mail.
 Prepare Reports of Electricity Bills.
 Prepare Reporting to power Shutdown.

• Support The Department of Human Resources
 Preparing Work Schedules for Vacations and Work Schedule in Holidays.
 Send and Receive important Reports via E-mail.
 Prepare Flight Reservation For Staff.
 Prepare Timesheet other Departments.
 Prepare Sick Leave / Vacations.
 Prepare External Recruitment Application Form.
 Prepare Letters of Resignation and Termination Procedures.
 Receive Resumes and Selecting Nominees For The Best Jobs.
 Preparing letter of identification for employees.


• Support The procurement Department & Financial
 Preparation of procurement Requests For each of:
(Computer, Telephone, Stationery, imaging Devices, etc.)
 Prepare Billing Procurement.
 Prepare Invoices For Operating Expenses.
 Prepare List of Financial dues For Employees.


• Support The Public Relations Department
 Receipt of the Reports Received and Saved.
 Public Relation with other Department.
 Send and Receive important Reports via E-mail.
 Public Relation with other Hotels in project.
 Receiving Incoming Calls.


• Support The Department Security
 Prepare entry permits private cars and buses For Hotels.
 Preparation Schedule Organizing Distribution of Security in the Project.

1. Assure that fire unit staff is strictly commitment with Assistant Project Safety & Fire Manager instructions.
2. Works under directions of Assistant Project Safety & Fire Manager and implement it.
3. Prepares and submits reports to Assistant Project Safety & Fire Manager regarding incidents/accidents and daily patrol remarks.
4. Perform the fire chief duties during the emergency if Assistant Project Safety & Fire Manager is not present.
5. Implement Assistant Project Safety & Fire Manager commands during the emergency or fire incidents.
6. Manages and leads the fire unit staff directly using leadership skills that include implement direction of department's management.
7. Evaluate fire unit staff and assure them all ready for any emergency case.
8. Informing the Assistant Project Safety & Fire Manager directly in case of any fire incident or emergency.
9. Assure that all fire and emergency equipments on a regular basis and operate it as assigned.
10. Issuing hot work permits and takes the necessary safety precautions for it.
11. He can replace and carry out duties of Assistant Project Safety & Fire Manager if needed.
