 In charge of marketing for strategic markets like UAE and Saudi Arabia
o Acting as a support to sales-team, while ensuring a positive P&L and target achievement. All marketing activities are consumer-focused and sell-through oriented

 Acting as a central marketing figure for the region, managing projects regionally and symmetrically (FIFA, WTA, entertainment projects etc.)
o Rolling these projects out and executing them in the region, either with local distributors or individually as a brand

 Working closely with advertising and PR agencies to develop marketing deliverables
o Developing a strategy and brief, then following up on progress of the projects, while ensuring an eventual positive ROI
o Took part in agency pitches, selection and overall management of external agencies

 Managing the product portfolio and ensuring focus is placed on models that will give us competitive edge and maintaining profitability
