I was responsible for GCC and North African countries excluding KSA.
My duties was to sell Accessories for power cables through:
1) set sales strategies and define sales channels
2) Prequalify our products in all power and oil & gas utilities across my region
3) buildings strong business relations with EPCs and power consultants
4) customize our products to meet customers need.
4) evaluate the market and set priorities.

• Responsible for acquiring sales orders from the local Market and achieving target.
• Planning Sales Scheme for the upcoming Months.
• Prepare Budget for each Year.
• Prepare Tender Documents for Local Tenders.

• Handled sales orders from Middle East and Africa.
• Planed Sales and Marketing Scheme for the sales team.
• Evaluated new sales opportunities in Africa and Middle East.
• Handled all banking procedures (LCs, LGs) for our customers in difficult markets.
• Finalized several financing agreements for difficult markets (discounting, confirmation).
• Handling all Nexans Units sales in Sudan.

• Handled sales orders from existing clients.
• Accomplished sales orders from new customers.
• Issued price offers and contracts with clients.
• Handled Consultants approvals.
• Conducted a marketing research and sales plan for all potential customers.
• Handled large key accounts in Egypt (ABB, Schneider, Siemens, Metito, Alstom, etc.)

• Handling sales orders from retailers and end users.
• Study market needs through research and interviews with end users.
• Establish sales plan and supply chain for employees.
• Execute new product campaign and its development process.
• Review production process in all levels.
• Execute contracts with exporter for raw materials.
• Handling shipping process and government approvals.
• Preparing stock inventory list for each year.
