* Duties and Responsibilities :
- OPTIMIZATION OF MIX DESIGN AND RAW MATERIAL COSTS.
- Select, characterize and validate raw material sourcing.
- Prepare mix designs according to specifications and standards.
- Responsible for implementation of supplier raw material agreement.
- Responsible for implementation and correct use of IT programs.
- Quality control of raw materials and design of new mixes.
- Management of concrete tests results.
- Management of mix designs database.
- Management of Product Development and Technical Assistance to Customers.
- Technical support to sales team and site assistance and follow up on customer complaints.
- Minimizes consequences and contributes to management of product related customer claims.
- Technical support in the development and management of Value Added Products.
- Implementation and Management of Quality Policy & Performance Management.
- Ensures compliance to technical certification and regulatory environment.
- Implements quality manual and quality procedures.
- Statistical studies of produced and delivered ready mix concrete.
- Directs and control the branch In‐house Concrete Laboratory.
- Conducts and supervises laboratory and plant trial mixes.
- Directs, control and supervise the activities of the branch QA/QC -Personnel(s), Field / Laboratory Technicians, Asst. Field/Laboratory Technicians and Field/Laboratory Helpers.
- Review and evaluate laboratory test results prior to submission to the immediate superior.
- Checking the quality of freshly mixed concrete during the course of concrete supply whenever necessary.
- Make adjustment of the batch weight (if necessary) to ensure that the quality of the products are well maintained.
- Confirms that resources needed in the conduct of testing and analysis is available.
- Keep records of the inventory of equipment in the laboratory.
- Ensures that all equipment and processes meet the company guidelines and safety standards.

- Directs, control and supervise the activities of the branch QA/QC -Personnel(s), Field / Laboratory Technicians, Asst. Field/Laboratory Technicians and Field/Laboratory Helpers.
- Review and evaluate laboratory test results prior to submission to the immediate superior.

* Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manages ready mix concrete plant.
- Determines work procedures and assigns duties to personnel associated with the batching and hauling of concrete as well as maintenance of the plant and equipments.
- Coordinates with sales and dispatch departments for efficient delivery of concrete.
- Inspects personnel performance for quality and quantity.
- Participates in the training, discipline and discharge of personnel as required.
- Monitors plant operating costs.
- Prepares daily reports.
- Supervises and counsels drivers, production/yardmen.
- Responsible for general appearance and security of grounds and buildings, equipment and machinery.
- Meets budgeted levels for maintenance and production costs.
- Batches concrete and loads trucks.
- Reviews driver’s daily vehicle reports.
- Responsible for ordering raw materials and operating supplies.
- Enforces all group policy and procedures including safety/environmental.
- Conducts safety meetings and plant safety/environmental inspections as required.
- Ensures preventative Maintenance is performed in all plant equipment.
