Onshore Maintain Potential Projects (OMPP)
* Handling Saudi Aramco Supplied Materials for Onshore Maintain Potential Projects (OMPP) in Eastern
Region (GAS, OIL & WATER).
* Supervising (Training, mentoring and leadership) a department of twenty individuals in three sections
(Material Management Team, Material Collection Team and Material Storage Team).
* Coordinating and communicating with Saudi Aramco Project Management Team (SAPMT) for the
status of Saudi Aramco Materials by attending the weekly meeting for each project.
* Coordinating and communicating with Material Specialists of SAPMT for releasing of materials from
Aramco Warehouses.
* Scheduling for material collection from Aramco Warehouses.
* Supervising and following up the process of collecting materials and updating the Material Receiving
Report.
* Supervising the inventory transaction processes (Storage, Handling, Safeguarding, Preservation and
Releasing) in line with Saudi Aramco Standards and to ensure inventory accuracy.

 Handling Sales and Marketing of the company.
 Identifying potential clients, met with them to introduce the company services range.
 Managing relationship with Key Accounts by regularly visiting them to generate new enquiries and collect/report their feedback.

 Preparing the required documents to apply for tenders.
 Handling customer enquiries by create, acknowledge and collect all necessary data to quote.
 Studding the incoming inquires and tender documents.
 Assessing the scope of works of enquiries and preparing pricing estimation.
 Preparing and submitting the Technical & Commercial Proposals.
 Reviewing the Purchase Orders for acceptance.
 Creating Sales Orders and send to our Production Team for planning and execution.
 Following-up with our Production Team to update the status of the work and feedback to the customer.
 Getting the Customer Satisfaction Feedback & signed Job Completion Certificate.
 Preparing all the required documents for invoicing.

* Performing hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.
* Repairing, servicing, and replacing parts, boards and equipment of computers.
* Performing various computer upgrades for clients, this included memory, hard drive, CD drive, and
operating system replacement/upgrades.
* Resolving technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.

Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues.
* Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques.
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
* Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service
* Installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting.
* Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
* Responsible for PC’s, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive,
